A full range of GP services are provided at the RivMed Clinic. These services are delivered responsibly, based on our culturally appropriate and comprehensive model of care.
Bulk Billing
RivMed’s Medical Clinic is a Bulk Billing medical practice. We accept a Medicare rebate from the government as full payment for the service provided. We do not directly charge patients.
Bulk bill requirements:
- The person receiving the service must hold and provide a valid Medicare Card or number; and
- A Medicare rebate must apply to the service we provide.
- Please bring your Medicare details, or the Medicare details of the person receiving the service with you to present to our staff when you arrive in our Centre.

Booking Process
- Monday – Friday
- 9:00am – 10am: reserved for pre-booked appointments
- 10am – 12:30pm: open for on the day bookings
- 2:00pm – 4:00pm: reserved for pre-booked appointments
For earlier appointments, call us from 8:30am to see if any book-on-the-day appointments are available, if you would like to get in earlier.
