Designing an Aboriginal-led Precision Medicine Program in NSW | Community Consultation

March 23 | 11:00 am - 4:00 pm

WEBSITE EVENT TILE (1)
How can our mob shape the future of medicine?

ALIGN and Aboriginal Health & Medical Research Council of NSW are inviting community to be part of a conversation about precision medicine – a new way of understanding health by looking at the story carried in our DNA.

This project is about working alongside Aboriginal communities to design a precision medicine program that is culturally safe and guided by community priorities.

Your voice matters. Your knowledge matters. Your perspective can help shape how this work happens for our communities in NSW.

If you’d like to learn more or get involved, come along and yarn with the team.

We respectfully acknowledge that the lands and waterways on which the Riverina Medical and Dental Aboriginal Corporation operates, and the communities we serve are the traditional lands of the Wiradjuri people. We pay our respects to our elders past and present and we will continue to fulfill our cultural obligations as a First Nations organisation operating on Wiradjuri country.

Always Was. Always Will Be.
