RivMed delivers the Elder Care Support Program (NACCHO) which aims to provide connection and support for our Elders to navigate the Aged Care support system. We work closely with NACCHO to ensure Wagga Wagga Elders and their families are supported to understand and access the aged care services they are entitled to.

Through this program our Elders will receive:

• Support to understand and engage services
• Better access to services with reduced barriers across the aged care journey
• Increased care received on Country
